Nudge is a script panel for After Effects that provides the ability to move selected layers and keyframes together as a group. It's really handy when you need to retime entire compositions for client changes—especially when you have layers that need to follow keys on other layers. You can also move layers or keys by a specific number of frames.
If you're using KBar, you can make buttons to bring up a Nudge dialog to enter a number of frames to move, or you can supply arguments to make buttons for your most common movements—like 24 frames for one second in 24 fps comps. That way you don't need to use a separate script panel unless you want to.
