Refund Policy

Element Supply Co. sells digital products, including downloadable files, project assets, templates, tools, and related resources. Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are generally considered final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

That said, we want our products to work for you. If you run into a technical issue, compatibility problem, missing file, corrupted download, or something that prevents you from reasonably using the product, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Refunds may be offered at our discretion when:

• A product cannot be made to work after reasonable troubleshooting
• The issue is reported within a reasonable time after purchase
• The problem is not caused by unsupported software, unsupported hardware, or use outside the product’s stated requirements
• We are unable to provide a working fix, replacement, or reasonable alternative

We may ask for additional details, screenshots, system information, or examples of the issue so we can understand and resolve the problem.

Refunds are not guaranteed for digital products, especially in cases where the product has been downloaded, the files are functioning as described, or the request is based on a change of mind. However, we review refund requests fairly and try not to be difficult when there is a legitimate issue.
